Francoise Emery took us sailing through gale force winds and demonstrated the value of sober crew members.Nikky Ajayi followed with another seven minute rollercoaster ride; this time through birth, upbringing, marriage, childbearing, life, death and the universe. In fact, I'm sure I missed something out.
Martyn Howden rounded off with a powerful moral: never be afraid to wake people up in the middle of the night because you left your keys at home.

After the break, our topics master Jackie Barrie introduced an original new roleplay into the impromptu session: snow white and the seven dwarves, evaluated by the unbeatable husband and wife team: Dilsiri and Sudanta Abeyakoon.
Our general evaluator Paul Carroll summed up the mood: 'You've got a great club here! We're certainly not quite as loud as you over in Hammersmith, except when Douggie comes round to visit'.
